anxiety. Are you a psychotherapist, massage therapist, or yoga
instructor and want to become TRE Certified? The TRE certification
program his certification will train you to offer TRE to the general
public in individual and/or group settings.

TRETM is taught in 4-6 sessions which can be done individually, in a shared session or a group session. Once learned, the student continues on his/her own. That’s right. You don’t have to keep coming back! You continue to use this amazing tool on your own to continuously support and promote personal health and wholeness.
